As a telecom service provider, most of our offerings are non-tangible and subscription-based. Therefore, returns are not applicable once a service has been activated or used.
Refund Eligibility

- Duplicate payment or billing errors
- Service not activated within the promised timeframe due to our fault
- Technical issues from our side that prevent service usage and remain unresolved
- Cancellation request raised before service activation
- Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Partial usage or early termination of active services
- Change of mind after activation
- Issues caused by customer equipment, third-party providers, or external factors
- Delays caused due to incomplete documentation or incorrect information provided by the customer
Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation before service activation to be eligible for a refund
Once the service is activated, cancellation requests will not qualify for refunds
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited through the original payment method or via bank transfer
- Customers may be required to provide necessary banking details or proof of transaction
- Security Deposit (If Applicable)
- Any refundable security deposit (if collected) will be returned upon service termination, subject to:
- No pending dues
- Return of company equipment in good condition
